		<description>@Mathan Vibranarayanan

Hi there. Thanks for writing a comment.

If you have lots of projects you really need to get them finished in the order you got them. Just work on one at a time til each one is done.

As for educating your clients, only advise them of things you are capable of doing. Don&#039;t tell them they need a feature unless you know how to give them that feature. If you have any troubles you can always email me for some help - I&#039;d be happy to do what I can.

		<description>Hey man,

You astonished me really, u believe or not am that mad head who is making all the above said five mistakes. I have lots of projects but nothing is completed and keeping on saying reasons to my clients.

And one more thing i would lik to share that when is educate my client, which in turn bring me trouble in the template design and in all parts of the requirement. Is it god to educate them or not.

Am very much thankful to you, and may god bless you, have a successful future.

Good day

		<description>@Nick

Good point Nick. I hadn&#039;t thought of that. In my experience, however, most clients aren&#039;t sure how long it&#039;ll take to upload some photos and if you are a super busy firm it can take two weeks in some cases. But you are right, its not a good idea to inflate estimates to make a good impression. I guess the main lesson is just to keep to your deadlines.

<description>Thanks for the article- your points really hit the nail on the head.

One thing I thought of is that telling a client it&#039;ll take two weeks to upload their pictures is a little risky. Of course, it&#039;s good practice to give yourself plenty of time to finish a job, but I think a lot of clients would be distrustful of a designer who seemed to be bloating their estimates just to make a good impression.

Anyways, thanks for the helpful thoughts!</description>

<description>Interesting read from someone who has been on the other end of the stick, the person buying the website. I completely agree that lateness is a sin. It is just too annoying.

Great article. It will be helpful to some.
