Not always the case. But before you post other web dev's prices make sure they legally operate a business. Such as Michael Sacca. He only has a LLC , runs out of a apartment, and has NO business license. In Clark County where he lives he needs to have a business license, and can NOT operate out of a apartment. Check the county codes, when you apply for a business license the fire marshall comes out to make sure your place of operation is zoned correctly and is fire safe. If they show up to a apartment the license is denied. So please only list legal working people who properly run a business, not someone who runs it out of a apartment. Nice post.
