We've been trying to get our guys to track time on projects for a while now but people slip into bad habits, urgent things happen througout the day and the time tracking goes out the window. Still trying to figure out the best way to make it work... Great post.

I'd add it's also important to check with your client or boss when you're finished with a project to get their take on it, because sometimes you can miss a learning opportunity when you fail to see it from the other person's perspective.
